1993

Company founded

2006

NACC expands its scope with the integration of AMR company to develop unique field collector network. AMR was the number one in field collector network in France.

2008

NACC has been acquired by Alma Consulting Group, which is the European leader in consulting in optimization costs. The same year, NACC acquires Sogeder-Sofraco with its telephone conciliation platform. After this operation, both subsidiaries (Sogeder and AMR) have been absorbed by NACC to create only one company under the name of NACC.

2012

Alma Group spin-off NACC. Management backed LBO in order to focus on its core business. The new shareholding structure is composed of the top management and legal professionals. Its historical founder and chairman remains Christian Roche. The company counts 42 employees, and a large network of independent field collection agents, covering the metropolitan territory and the DOM TOM.

2015

Pragma Capital acquires 69% of NACC’s capital in order to sustain the group’s strong growth and structure its financing.

2016

NACC acquires TES (Tahiti Encaissements Services) company, in French Polynesia, which is the local leader in debt collector agency.

2018

The listed Norvegian group B2 Holding ASA, acquires 100% of NACC stakes in order to strengthen the experience and engagement in our teams.
